Umpires

Implementation of the trial regulations (issuing of green and yellow cards & breaking on penalty corners) and rule changes for 2011.

Please note as SCHA will only have an experience technical bench during Divsion 1 and Division 2 turf games, 2 minute green cards will only be played in these matches, all other games will play the green card as per normal.

It should also be noted any
defenders and/or attackers who have broken and been sent to the half way line are precluded from the penalty corner formation if another PC is awarded before the original PC is over. If the ball exits beyond the 5m dotted line and a new PC is then awarded they can join in again for the new PC.

Can clubs please ensure their players, coaches and umpires are aware of the new rule changes?  Can I also please ask players to be patient with the implementation of these new rules and regualtions it will take sometime to educate people and bring everyone up to speed.
