Player Development

A major part of the role involves assisting all representative teams with preparation for the various tournaments and State Championships they contest during the year.

This may involve overviewing planning, fitness testing (if required, assist with training sessions and providing feedback to both players and coaches.

During the year, player talent identified at either State or local level will be invited to attend small group skill sessions to help with their development.

Pre season and off season developments camps are also held to assist interested players with both skill technique and game related activities.
